This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bilal Liyakat Qureshi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Liyakat Ali Abdul Aziz Qureshi died intestate at Mumbai on 28.05.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and one son. Out of them son is petitioner herein and widow has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
