1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Javed Abdulla Chougle being sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Abdulla Abdul Gafoor Chougle died at Mumbai on 02.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 01.07.2022. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 3 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only one Executor appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein. The properties mentioned in Schedule I annexed to the petition has referred in para No. 7 of the Will.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and remaining two sons have given their consents in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are filed separately through e-filing. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Geeta Toraskar dated 18.09.2025 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 10.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed.

5. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
