TP/5648/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sudhir Yadav i/b. M/s. Agnes Altaf Baradia, Advocate for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Moiz Mohsin Sakerwala, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Shirin Ghadiali, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 12.03.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of the deceased since deceased the deceased. Parents and grand-parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter expired, leaving behind two daughtes. Deceased was survived by three sons and two grand daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner and two sons and two daughters have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.11.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
