1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Satyanarayan Ramkrishna Rao being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely G V Ramakrishnan Rao died intestate at Mumbai on 02.01.1972. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 30.10.2025 for deceased No. 1 for non-availability of identification of proof of deceased. Deceased No. 2 namely Padma Ramakrishnan Rao died intestate at Kalyan, Thane on 09.04.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Bank Passbook with photograph is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased Nos. 1 and 2 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by two sons. Out of them one son petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
