This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ishrat Zubair Jasnak, who is Daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Noorjahan Mohammed Ismail Chorghay, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 26.08.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grand-parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and four daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.12.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
