Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Ramesh Kumar Rodilal Jain. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.7 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 5.
Consent affidavits dated 07.08.2025 of Hitesh Ramesh Jain and Manish Rameshkumar Jain, the legal heirs of the deceased are
P9.TP.5712.2025 appended to page Nos. 16 and 19 of the Petition. Necessary oath and undertaking are in place.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause in paragraph No.10 which reads thus:- "10. That the Petitioner prays that the Letters of Administration may be granted in favour of Petitioner having effect throughout the India." 7.
Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of two weeks from today positively. 8.
Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
