This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Dicky Rattan Vajifdar and Dilnawaz M. Daruwalla being son and daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Katayun Rattan Vajifdar died intestate at Mumbai on 19.03.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.02.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
