1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Siddhi Ajit Pandit being granddaughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Sadashiv Ganesh Bapat died intestate at Mumbai on 21.08.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Swati Hemant Patil died intestate at Surat on 29.07.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were father and daughter. Deceased No. 1 had one son and one daughter. Daughter of deceased No. 1 namely Swati died, leaving behind her husband and one daughter. Son of deceased No. 1 namely Suresh died, leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. Deceased No. 1 was survived by two granddaughters, one grandson and one daughter-in-law. Out of them one granddaughter is petitioner herein and another granddaughter, grandson and daughter-in-law have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. Deceased No. 2 is daughter of deceased No. 1. She was survived by her husband and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and husband has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 28.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
