Heard Mr. Sanghvi, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Ms. Sanghvi would submit that Petitioner's Advocate has complied with all office objections which have been raised by the Department. Prima facie it is seen that from 11.09.2025 onwards five sets of office objections who have raised by the Department. If what the learned Advocate states is correct, then there should not be any impediment in allowing the Petition. Petition is for Letters of Administration to the property and credits belonging to the deceased. 4.

Considering that consents of all the legal heirs are appended to the Petition and the purpose of issuance of Grant is mentioned. In view of the compliance of all office objections which shall be

19.TP.5764.2025.doc ascertained and verified by the Department. The Testamentary Petition stands allowed in terms of relief and prayer as sought for by the Petitioner.

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 6.

Department is directed to issue the Letters of Administration as directed above within a period of 2 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
