Petitioner to comply an requisition of issuance of notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 by providing the True Copy of the Schedule-I of the petition to the department or by uploading the True Copy of the Schedule of the petition in the CIS, as the case may be. 2.
Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.
Petitioner to delete the two names of the children of the petitioner No.2, as they could not be legal heirs of the deceased.

Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the Draft amendment, annexed to the said praecipe, dated 22.01.2026. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant in terms of draft amendment. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with.
