TP/5766/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Vikas Tambavekar a/w. Sandhya S. Mhaskar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Raju Nana Adangle being son of deceased. Deceased namely Yamunabai Nana Adhangale died intestate at Mumbai on 11.08.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Mukund died leaving behind three sons, one grandson and one granddaughter-in-law. Deceased was survived by two sons, three daughters, three grandsons, one great grandson and one great granddaughter-in-law. Out of them one son petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
