1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dipak Kishinchand Chandiramani, who is Son of the Deceased No. 1 and 2 and Brother of the Deceased No. 3. Deceased No. 1 namely Kishinchand Girdharmal Chandiramani, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 17.09.1984. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Deceased No. 2 namely Leela Kishinchand Chandiramani, said to be died intestate at Pittsburgh, USA on 01.08.2007. and Deceased No. 3 namely Anil Kishinchand Chandiramani, said to be died intestate at San Jose, USA on 25.07.2017. Petitioner has filed the Affidavit dated 30.09.2025 for absence of original death certificate of deceased no. 2 and 3. also petitioner has filed Affidvit dated 10.02.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of the deceased no. 1, 2 and 3.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased no. 1, 2 and 3 are predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that Deceased No. 2 is the wife of the deceased No. 1 and Deceased No. 3 is the son of the Deceased No. 1 and 2. Deceased No. 1 and 2 had four children's. Deceased No. 3 died as a bachelor. Son of deceased Nos. 1 and 2 namely Harish died leaving behind his widow and one son. Therefore, deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and one grand-son. The one son is petitioner herein and the daughter, daughter-inlaw, and grand-son have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.12.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
