1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Rajkumar Gobindlal Varma and Vinodkumar Gobindlal Varma being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Govindlal Varma died intestate at Mumbai on 14.09.1982. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.09.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
