This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jigar Jaisukhlal Gosalia being son of deceased. Deceased No.1 namely Jaysukhlal Gandalal Gosalia died intestate at Mumbai on 22.02.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No.2 namely Meera Jaysukhlal Gosalia died intestate at Mumbai on 25.11.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
