This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner Kanav Krishankumar Tandon namely being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Krishankumar Triloknath Tandon died intestate at Mumbai on 20.10.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Raj Krishankumar Tandon died intestate at Mumbai on 25.02.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife as per Exhibit - "A-1". Deceased is survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 07.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
