1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Aditi Prafull Pawar being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Prafull Bhaskar Pawar died intestate at Shahapur, Thane on 03.07.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his mother, widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and mother and son have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.01.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed properly (LA). Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
