The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form no. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 2.

Petitioner to file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to comply requisition of Issuance of Notice to the Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Rules by submitting the true copy of the schedule-I in the department/ by uploading the true copy of the schedule-I in the portal, as the case may be.

Petitioner to serve the citation upon non-consenting legal heirs. 5.

Affidavit of service is defective as it does not bears the date of affixation on the notice board of the Collector and High Court. 6.

Petitioner to take steps to delete the name of Divya and Rishita as they could not be the legal heirs in the life time of petitioner. 7.
