Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner mentioned the matter and submitted that in order dated 05.02.2026 it is stated that petitioner has filed administration bond. However, petitioner is a sole legal heir and hence, he has not filed the administration bond. Hence, same may be corrected.

Perused Petition and order dated 05.02.2026, paragraph No. 5 is deleted and paragraph No. 6 is corrected and substituted with; "In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP Nos. 2556 & 2559 of 2022 dated 28.02.2023, the petitioner, being the sole heir of the deceased, is exempted from furnishing the administrative bond."

Paragraph No. 6 is renumbered as Paragraph No.5 and further paragraphs are also renumbered accordingly. Other Consequential Corrections are carried out in the Order. Corrected order to be uploaded in the CIS. 4.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 05.02.2026 will remain as it is. 5.
