This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Aby Sunu Mathews and Ciby Raj being son and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Challirickal Abraham Mathews died intestate at Mumbai on 06.01.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.12.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
