This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajshri Prabhakar Kadge being mother of deceased. Deceased namely Rashmi Prabhakar Kadge died intestate at Mumbai on 28.08.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by her father and mother. Out of them mother is petitioner herein and father has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 30.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
