1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Satyen Mohanlal Velani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mohanlal Valji Velani died intestate at Mumbai on 22.12.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is uploaded separately through e-filing with Affidavit dated 18.02.2026.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the widow and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
