1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jagruti Naresh Mehta being mother of deceased. Deceased namely Rohan Naresh Mehta died intestate at Vadodara, Gujarat on 01.08.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as divorcee and copy of decree is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "C". Deceased was survived by father, mother and one brother. Out of them mother is petitioner herein and the father and brother have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.01.2026 is filed. Since, there are no other class I legal heirs except the mother of deceased who is petitioner herein, the Administration Bond is not require. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
