1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate (De Bonis Non) in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nisha Priscilla Desouza being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Gita Jeanne Desouza died intestate at Mumbai on 02.07.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as spinster. Parents of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had two brothers and one sister. One brother of deceased namely Samir died as bachelor. Deceased is survived by one sister and one brother. Out of them sister is petitioner herein and brother has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Father of deceased had filed Succession Certificate being TP No. 1871 of 2018 for the estate of deceased however, he died on 31.05.2020 who since deceased the deceased, without administering the estate of deceased. Hence, office is directed not to treat it as cross petition.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 23.03.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
