Rules, 1980 by providing the True Copy of the Schedule-I of the petition to the department or by uploading the True Copy of the Schedule of the petition in the CIS, as the case may be. 2.

Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form No. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.
