1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Deepak Raghawendra Phadnis, Anuradha Gopal Kulkarni and Srivalli Shripad Dandavate being son and daughters of deceased. Deceased namely Raghvendra Gunderao Phadnis died intestate at Mumbai on 03.06.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and two daughters who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 5.3.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
