This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pankajam Krishnan being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Puthur Vasudev Appu died intestate at Mumbai on 15.05.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 12.11.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Kodhai died as spinster. Deceased was survived by one daughter only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.12.2025 is filed. and Administration Bond are filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
