1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Archana Ankur Chothani both being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ankur Bharat Chothani died intestate at Mumbai on 19.07.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased is survived by his mother, widow and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the mother has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein and petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of said minor daughter. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.01.2026. Administration Bond dated 16.01.2026 is filed however, the name of Surety is not mentioned in 1st para of the said Administration Bond. Advocate to take steps accordingly. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
