1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bharat Kantilal Sheth being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kantilal Velsi Sheth died intestate at Mumbai on 06.05.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
