Heard Ms. Khan, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Amar Singh Gabri. For the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.3 and documentary evidence appended in respect of said reasons Exhibits - C and C-1, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause below paragraph No.9 which reads thus:- "The Petitioner, therefore, prays that Letters of Administration with copy of the authenticated copy of the Will annexed to the property and Credits of the

P14.TP.614.2025.doc deceased may be granted to him having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra for the use and benefit of the said Tarlochan Singh Gabri as such Executor as aforesaid and limited until he shall obtain Probate of the said Will from this Hon'ble Court." 5.

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 2 weeks from today positively. 6.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
