Perused the praecipe dated 20.02.2026 and the Petition. 4.

This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Sudhakar Govind Morajkar. Petition is filed by the Executor named in the Will. The two beneficiaries and legal heirs named in the Will are the daughters of the deceased whose names and details have been given in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. 5.

The Consent Affidavits of daughters of the deceased are at page Nos.29, 32, 35 and 38 of the Petition. Affidavit of Executor and Affidavit of attesting witness are both appended to the Petition. I have perused the same. The same are in order.

For the averments mentioned in the Petition and submissions made by Mr. Wani, Testamentary Petition is allowed in terms of the relief prayed.

Testamentary Department is directed to issue grant / probate having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra subject to all other compliances and strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today positively.

With the above direction, Testamentary Petition stands disposed.
