1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioners. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Pranab Sanjay Kulkarni and Parth Sanjay Kulkarni being grandsons of deceased No.1 and sons of deceased No. 2. Deceased No. 1 namely Vasanti Balasaheb Kulkarni died intestate at Mumbai on 14.10.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Sanjay Balasaheb Kulkarni died intestate at Dahanu, Palghar on 21.09.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 25.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased No. 2 which is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased No. 1 is mother of deceased No. 2. Father of deceased No. 2 and husband of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased No. 2 since deceased the deceased, who died in the year 2021. Deceased No. 2 was survived by two sons who both are petitioners herein.

However, deceased No. 1 was survived by two grandsons who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.01.2026 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
