In the present case there are only two legal heirs. One legal heir has applied for the Grant. The other legal heir has filed his Consent which is part of the Petition.

In that view of the matter, objection raised in paragraph No.2 of the requisition dated 12.12.2025 stands dispensed with. 5.

Statement regarding cross-Petitions not having been filed is made by Mr. Divekar which is accepted by the Court. That dispenses with the objection.

Department is directed to issue Grant as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two weeks on all other compliances.
