Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.

Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. However, the office to ensure that no citation has been issued and is pending with the office of the Sheriff of this Court for service thereof. Furthermore, if any citation is pending with the Sheriff's Office, the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner shall pay requisite fee/charges thereof. 3.
