This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Harish Kantilal Shah, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Chandanben Kantilal Shah, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 10.06.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Voter ID is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two sons. One son namely Deepak died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one son only, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.12.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs hence, Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
