1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Minaxi Hemant Madhavdas being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Narayandas Bhagwandas Madhavdas died intestate at Mumbai on 22.05.1984. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 09.10.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased viz. copy of which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Hemant died leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. Deceased is survived by one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them daughter-inlaw is petitioner herein and the grandson and granddaughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.02.2026 is filed. Administration Bond dated 17.02.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
