1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dhruvesh Bhagvatishankar Joshi being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Bhagvatishankar Nathubhai Joshi died intestate at Mumbai on 24.07.1984. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 22.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Yashodhara Bhagvatishankar Joshi died intestate at Mumbai on 30.11.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 22.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased had two sons. One son of both the deceased namely Dhruvkumar died as bachelor. Both the deceased were survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.12.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
