1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Devender Pannalal Jain being son of deceased. Deceased namely Pannalal Paramananda Jain died intestate at Orissa on 30.07.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had five sons. One son of deceased namely Raj died, leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by four sons, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and remaining three sons, daughter-in-law and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 31.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
