Petitioner to comply requisition of Issuance of Notice to the Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Rules by submitting the true copy of the schedule-I in the department/ by uploading the true copy of the schedule-I in the portal, as the case may be.

Petitioner to update the heirs information.

Petitioner to take steps to delete the heirs of Lalita and Mukesh as per Section 15(1) (b) r/w Section 9 to 11 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, as they are descendats of predeceased brother and sister of the deceased's husband. 4.

Furthermore, citation is affixed on the notice board of the Collector and Hon'ble High Court on 02.02.2026. Hence, 14 days of service of citation are yet to be completed.

Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, moved a praecipe and seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the Draft amendment, annexed to the said praecipe, dated 10.02.2026. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant as suggested in the praecipe. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with.
