1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioners. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Pratibha Umesh Bandiwdekar, Mahadeo Sadashiv Bandiwdekar and Sneha Pradeep Mungekar being daughter-in-law, son and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Sadashiv Mahadeo Bandiwdekar died intestate at Mumbai on 17.02.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Umesh died issue-less, leaving behind his widow. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter and one daughter-in-law who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.01.2026 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
