1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zeni Nuruddin Savliwala being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Rukaiyabai Nomanbhai Bhimdiwala died intestate at Mumbai on 29.04.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.11.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the decceased who died on 30.04.1995. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 03.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
