1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohammed Sharif Shaikh being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Juliet Mohammed Sharif died intestate at Mumbai on 27.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by her husband and two daughters. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 09.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
