This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Ramesh Ramakrishnan Trichur and Rohit Trichur Ramesh who widower and son of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Radhika Ramesh wife of Ramesh Ramakrishnan Trichur, said to be died intestate at Hyderabad, Telangana on 23.04.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Voter ID is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband and one son. Both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.01.2026 is filed separately through e-filing. All legal heirs are petitioners hence Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
