Petitioner to state about the parents and grand parents of the since deceased wife of the deceased and also state about the grand parents of the Sajid, as per the provisions of the Personal laws applicable to the deceased. 2.

The petitioner to file the Consent of the Legal heirs of the deceased, namely Neda or take steps to serve the citation vide Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. If the legal heirs are not consented then, the petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to Administration Bond, in respect of the share of non-consenting Legal heirs of the deceased, namely Neda vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for the steps. 3.
