Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Abdul Aziz Abdul Ghafoor Khoker alias Abdul Aziz Abdul Ghafoor. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.7 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavit dated 17.10.2025 of Neda Sajid, d/o. Sajid Abdulaziz Khoker, Maryam Sajid, d/o. Sajid Abdulaziz Khoker, Adiba Saeed Solanki, Easa Sajid, s/o. Sajid Abdulaziz Khoker, Abdul Rahim Sajid, s/o. Sajid Abdulaziz Khoker, Bilqees Abdul Malik Solanki, Azra Sajid Khokar, w/o. Sajid Abdulaziz Khoker, Sarfraz Abdul Aziz Khokar, s/o. Abdul Aziz and Faisal Abdul Aziz Qureshi, s/o. Abdul Aziz, the legal heirs of the deceased are e-filed.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "The petitioner, therefore, prays that Letters of Administration may be granted to him having effect throughout in the State of Maharashtra." 6.

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
