This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Kirtida Rameshchandra Chandarana, Bina Rameshchandra Chandarana and Sunanda Parag Shah being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Rameshchandra Popatlal Chandarana died at Mumbai on 24.06.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 08.06.2007. The said Will is in English language. The Para No.1 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only three Executors appointed under the Will who all are petitioners herein. Residuary clause in respect of properties of deceased is mentioned at para No. 6 of the Will.

3. Details of mother of deceased not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by his widow and three daughters and one son. Out of them all three daughters are petitioners herein and the widow and son have given their consents in favour of the petitioners herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Deepak Lulla and Sanjay Lulla dated 29.07.2025 both the Attesting Witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 20.01.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned.

5. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
