1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohini Mahesh Pawar being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Anand Narayan Patre died intestate at Thane on 10.11.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by two sisters. Out of them one sister is petitioner herein and another sister has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 18.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
