Advocate for the petitioner states that another executor has reserved his right to apply for the probate and this petitioner being the Constituted attorney of the one of the executor has applied for the Letters of administration with Will annexed vide Sec. 241 and 242 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act"). 2.

Hence, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to assist the authority whether in such circumstances, Letters of administration with Will annexed can be granted. 3.
