Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the constituted attorney of the one of the executors and another executor has reserved his right to come and apply for the probate. He further submitted that the executors are also beneficiaries under the Will and therefore they can renounce their right to apply for the probate and they have to take steps to prove the Will.

I have gone through Sec. 224 and 141 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act").

Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner at length. Matter is adjourned for the Order, according to Law.
