Perused the praecipe dated 20.02.2026 and the Petition. 4.

This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of late Nirupama Bhupendra Shah. Petition is filed by the Executor named in the Will. The beneficiary and legal heir named in the Will is the daughter whose name and details have been given in paragraph No.8 of the Petition.

The Consent Affidavit of son of the deceased is at page No.25 of the Petition. Affidavit of Affidavit of attesting witness is appended to the Petition. I have perused the same. The same are in order.

For the averments mentioned in the Petition and submissions made by Mr. Wani, Testamentary Petition is allowed in terms of the relief prayed.

Testamentary Department is directed to issue grant / probate having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra subject to all other compliances and strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today positively.

With the above direction, Testamentary Petition stands disposed.
