When the matter was called out, it was pointed out to Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner that the law applicable to the legal heirs of the deceased is incorrectly stated as 'Indian Succession Act, 1956', whereas the same is 'Hindu Succession Act, 1956. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner thus seeks leave to amend the Petition to that extent only. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
